Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure,castingironbed.Featuring a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure, integrated with finite element analysis for outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment further enhances accuracy and stability, complemented by a high-strength roller rail design. The drive system incorporates a screw pre-tension design, enhancing response rigidity.improve accuracy and stability. 1.Innovative Direct Drive Synchronous Electric Spindle Device: Utilizes magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) for exceptional positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindlevibration,with a nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm.This improves the workpiece surface finish.
A rear-mounted rotor facilitates installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, offering precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finishproducts.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret: Y-axis with 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), capable of eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and servo-driven C-axis for processing complex parts. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws: The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly improving machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy, minimize impact, ensure smooth displacement, and reduce noise, extending machine life.
4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system and FANUC servo motor for the feed drive.
5. A robust hydraulic and lubrication system: Utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to substantially reduce failure rates. The system design is simple yet reliable.

6. High-rigidity structure with an integral hydraulic tailstock: Eliminates vibration and provides remarkable stability. The sleeve's telescoping is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device: These features significantly reduce operator labor intensity and enable safe, efficient production. All components can be controlled via programming, and custom fixtures can be designed and installed to meet specific user requirements.
