Main features of this machine tool:
1. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder with sine and cosine positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This eliminates spindle vibration and ensures nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It improves workpiece surface finish and has a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor includes a cooling system to manage thermal displacement, maintaining a constant operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes thorough dynamic balance testing for superior accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, allowing the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy cutting. It's especially suited for mass production of complex shapes with high smoothness.
2. Features a high-rigidity integrated design servo power turret. This enhances the rapid and precise tool changing performance of the servo turret. When combined with the power milling of a high-speed power axis, it provides excellent turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder is mounted using a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine tool comes with roller linear guides and ball screws. These heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving processing accuracy.
