Expertly crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, this 30-degree step type flat rail structure employs finite element analysis, offering exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and the screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in a single clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations. This increases output and reduces the process time. The secondary spindle, capable of full turning, can handle workpieces during machining, thereby reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (with sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates the vibration of the spindle, ensuring a nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. The result is an improved surface finish on the workpiece.

The spindle motor comes equipped with a cooling system to suppress thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature.
