Main features of this machine tool:
1. This machine adopts a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy within 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy within 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose deflection accuracy maintained within 0.002MM, enhancing workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates faster installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to maintain a constant operating temperature, curbing thermal displacement.
