This significantly reduces manual operations, streamlines processes, and boosts output. Featuring a second spindle, it ensures full turning and seamless workpiece transfer during machining, cutting cycle times dramatically. The machine's 30-degree inclined structure is optimized for high precision, super rigidity, and stellar cutting stability. Constructed from a single piece of high-strength HT300 cast iron and designed using finite element analysis, the lathe bed offers unmatched mechanical rigidity and stability. This leads to long-term reliable accuracy, enhanced processing stability, and prolonged tool life, further improved by stress relief treatment. The high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system enhance rigidity. Its simple, elegant appearance meets contemporary aesthetic trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. This machine adopts a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy within 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy within 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose deflection accuracy maintained within 0.002MM, enhancing workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates faster installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to maintain a constant operating temperature, curbing thermal displacement. Undergoing strict dynamic balance testing, the spindle system promises excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making it ideal for both finishing and heavy cutting tasks, especially in mass production of complex, high-smoothness products.
2. The high-rigidity integrated design servo power turret accelerates and precisely changes tools. Coupled with high-speed power axis milling, it achieves outstanding turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, this machine ensures optimal accuracy and durability through heat treatment and precision grinding of the ball screws. Each axis adopts a direct transfer structure with a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact and offer smooth, low-noise displacement, extending the machine's service life.
