The machine boasts exceptional shock resistance, vibration absorption, and minimal deformation, ensuring durability and superior performance.
Utilizing advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEM), the design of the integrated molding machine and stiffeners has been optimized, enhancing mechanical strength by an impressive 30% over traditional designs. This series excels in heavy cutting tasks while maintaining long-term ultra-high precision. The heightened rigidity not only extends tool life but also ensures consistent, superior performance.
High rigidity, heavy cutting capabilities, and exceptional stability
Featuring an integral cast inclined bed and 40° inclined guide rails, this design facilitates easy workpiece handling and smooth cutting operations. The thick reinforcement ribs significantly reduce distortion and thermal deformation, while the wide bed and precision rolling linear guides enable the machine to sustain heavy cutting and maintain long-term accuracy.
The fully enclosed sheet metal design keeps turning iron and coolant contained within the machine, providing a safe and clean working environment.
The spindle box's structural design minimizes thermal deformation, ensuring high-precision and stable cutting operations.
Our lubrication system features quantitative pressurized thin oil lubrication, providing consistent and precise lubrication to each screw, guide rail, and other critical points, thereby enhancing the machine's stability.
Equipped with a precision roller linear guide rail with a 35MM track width and a large-span saddle guide rail, the machine supports heavy cutting for extended periods with exceptional stability.
The feed unit is equipped with a 32mm diameter ball screw, preloaded at both ends to counteract precision loss due to thermal elongation, ensuring consistent accuracy.
High precision and high dynamic response
Our spindle, supported by two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, offers exceptional rigidity and rotation accuracy. With stepless speed regulation powered by an AC servo motor, the spindle delivers consistent performance.
Driven by a dedicated V-belt spindle system, the spindle's maintenance is simplified and the impact of motor-generated heat on spindle accuracy is minimized. Precision-adjusted pulley ratios enable simultaneous achievement of the motor's maximum speed and spindle speed, maximizing cutting capabilities while maintaining torque.
Thermal stability
The spindle box and sliding saddle are aligned on the same angular plane, reducing distortion from thermal deformation and ensuring continuous precision.
High-speed rolling bearings and quantitative grease sealing lubrication are employed to maintain the thermal stability of both the body and spindle temperatures.
