Featuring a 30-degree step type flat rail structure, this machine utilizes advanced finite element analysis to ensure superior mechanical rigidity and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with a screw pre-tension drive system, considerably boosts response rigidity.
With the capability to process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, this system significantly simplifies manual operations, increases output, and reduces procedural steps. The second spindle is fully capable of turning and expressing workpieces during machining, thus reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) for superb positioning accuracy at 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This configuration effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining the deflection accuracy of the nose end within 0.002mm. The result is an improved surface finish on workpieces.
Additionally, the rear-mounted rotor facilitates easier installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system, having passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This ensures the machine's capability to perform both fine finishing and heavy-duty cutting, making it ideal for mass production of intricate and high-finishproducts.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret: Delivers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, which are heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine precision even under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise for prolonged service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. Features a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components that significantly reduce the failure rate. The design of these systems is both simple and reliable.
6. Incorporates Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, which greatly reduce operator labor intensity and allow for safe, efficient production. All functional components are programmable. Special fixture options are also available.
