1. Featuring a 30° inclined layout and an integrated bed base structure, the machine tool's bending and torsional rigidity are significantly improved during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated bed base guarantee unparalleled precision for the entire machine.
2. Incorporates a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) offering positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor's cooling system minimizes thermal displacement, maintaining a constant operating temperature. 3. High-rigidity overall design servo turret, equipped with a high-precision clutch for assured positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning. Driven by a servo motor, the cutterhead can rotate bi-directionally or select tools arbitrarily. The hydraulic principle facilitates quick and accurate tool changes, thanks to the proximity switch feedbacking the clutch action signal.
4. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, the machine tool's heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method for thermal stability, minimizing displacement and significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain precision under impact, with smooth, low-noise displacement to extend service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic tailstock and high-rigidity integral tailstock effectively eliminate vibration, offering superior stability. Both programmable and manual control options are available, ensuring convenience, speed, and reliability.
