This state-of-the-art machine boasts a 30-degree inclined structure design, featuring exceptional precision, superior rigidity, and outstanding cutting capabilities.
The machine's high-strength HT300 cast iron one-piece solid structure lathe undergoes finite element analysis, ensuring overall stability.
With remarkable rigidity and stability, it guarantees long-term accuracy, enhances processing stability and tool longevity, and mitigates stress.
The high-strength roller linear rail design, paired with a pre-tensioned screw transmission system, significantly enhances precision and stability.
Its simple, elegant appearance reflects its rigid performance and aligns with modern trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base significantly enhance bending and torsional rigidity, ensuring high precision and stability.
2. Direct drive synchronous spindle device: With magnetic ring incremental encoder, the positioning accuracy is 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy is 40 arc seconds. This design eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the surface finish, speeding up installation and maintenance with a rear-mounted rotor. The cooling system maintains a constant spindle temperature, and dynamic balance testing ensures retained accuracy, rigidity, and efficiency for both finishing and heavy cutting. Ideal for mass-producing complex, high-smoothness products.
3. The high-rigidity overall design servo turret features a high-precision clutch for accurate and repeatable positioning. Driven by a servo motor, it allows bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection. The hydraulic system quickly and accurately performs tool changes through feedback from the proximity switch.
4. Equipped with roller linear guides and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws, the machine ensures exceptional accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method for thermal stability. Large, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy even under impact, offering smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic tailstock and high-rigidity integral tailstock eliminate vibration and provide excellent stability. They offer both programmable and manual control for convenience and reliability.
6. The machine includes a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system with high-quality components, reducing failure rates. The centralized, quantitative automatic lubrication system ensures reliability.
