1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base significantly enhance bending and torsional rigidity, ensuring high precision and stability.
2. Direct drive synchronous spindle device: With magnetic ring incremental encoder, the positioning accuracy is 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy is 40 arc seconds. This design eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the surface finish, speeding up installation and maintenance with a rear-mounted rotor. The cooling system maintains a constant spindle temperature, and dynamic balance testing ensures retained accuracy, rigidity, and efficiency for both finishing and heavy cutting. 3. The high-rigidity overall design servo turret features a high-precision clutch for accurate and repeatable positioning.
