Product Description
 

Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piece structure, this casting iron bed is engineered for durability. Featuring a 30-degree step type flat rail construction, enhanced by finite element analysis, it offers superior overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It maintains long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. The stress relief treatment further improves accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be efficiently processed simultaneously in a single clamping, greatly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and streamlining processes. The second spindle's full turning capability allows for workpiece expression during machining, significantly reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine), it boasts a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and a C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring the nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. It significantly improves the workpiece's surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a spindle motor cooling system, it suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature of the spindle. Having passed stringent dynamic balance tests, the spindle system offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy cutting. It is especially suitable for mass production of complex, high-finish products.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: Delivers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for efficient power transmission.

3. The machine integrates THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, provide smooth displacement, and produce low noise, extending the machine's service life.

4. Standard configuration with FANUC system: The feed drive employs a FANUC servo motor.

5. Enhanced hydraulic and lubrication system: Utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, it significantly reduces failure rates. Designed for simplicity and reliability.

6. Integrated with Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, it greatly reduces the operator's labor intensity, promoting safe and efficient production. All functional components are programmable, including special fixtures.
