Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, this 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure is designed using finite element analysis, offering exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability. It maintains long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. The stress relief treatment further enhances accuracy and stability, while the high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system improve response rigidity.increases overall precision and stability. Both ends of the workpiece can be expertly processed in a single clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing process steps. The second spindle provides full turning capabilities and can handle workpieces during machining, effectively reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

This setup effectively eliminates spindlevibrations,ensuring the nose end deflection accuracy is within 0.002mm. This improvement significantly enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor features a cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement effects, ensuring a consistent working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, providing excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making the machine suitable for both finishing and rough machining tasks. It is ideal for mass production of complex shapes with high finish requirements.products.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret: With rapid and precise tool change performance, the tool holder installation employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for seamless power transmission.
