Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure,castingiron,the bedfeatures a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Application of finite element analysis ensures superb overall mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress-relief treatment is applied toimprove accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, drastically simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing procedural steps. The second spindle is fully capable of comprehensive turning, allowing for expressed workpieces during machining, thereby reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: featuring a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibration.The nose end deflection accuracy is within 0.002mm,enhancing the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system, having passed strict dynamic balance tests, boasts excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.products.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret, enabling rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The machine's high-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy even during impacts, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, thus prolonging service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system with feed drive powered by FANUC servo motors.

5. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are meticulously designed with high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, significantly reducing failure rates. The simple yet reliable design of these systems ensures optimal performance.

6. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, the machine considerably reduces operator labor intensity while ensuring safe and efficient production. These functional components can be controlled via programming, incorporating special fixtures.
