This state-of-the-art machine embraces an optimized 30-degree inclined bed structure, providing unparalleled precision, superior rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. Crafted from high-strength HT300 cast iron, the one-piece robust structure bed undergoes finite element analysis, ensuring outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. This design guarantees long-term precision reliability, boosts processing stability, and extends tool life. Stress relief treatment further enhances precision stability. The high-strength hard rail structure and the screw pre-tensioning design in the transmission system amplify rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve type construction, rigorously tested for dynamic balance to deliver high precision, excellent precision retention, minimal thermal deformation, and superior thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500 rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, it excels in both high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy-duty cutting. The front end boasts a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure and an optimal span two-point balanced support design. This setup endures both radial and axial loads, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-precision products.

2. High rigidity servo power turret. This feature facilitates rapid and precise tool change performance of the servo turret. Coupled with the power milling of the high-speed power shaft, it ensures superior turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder is equipped with a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. The machine tool is equipped with hard rail guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws guarantee optimal

precision and durability. Each axis is engineered with a direct transfer axis structure and a double anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and significantly enhance machining accuracy.

4. This machine comes with a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, incorporating high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves, which immensely reduce failure rates. The hydraulic and lubrication system is designed for simplicity and reliability, featuring centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.

5. The hydraulic tailstock boasts a high-rigidity integral structure that eliminates vibration and ensures exceptional stability. The sleeve's expansion and contraction are controlled by a hydraulic cylinder for convenience, speed, and reliability.

6. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder and an optional automatic chip removal device, this machine significantly reduces operator labor intensity and ensures both safe and efficient production. All functional components can be programmed for optimal control, enhancing the use of special fixtures.
