Main features of this machine tool:
1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure significantly enhance bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated bed base ensure precise and reliable machine performance.
2. Featuring a direct drive synchronous spindle with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, it ensures positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing of 40 arc seconds. This design effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintains a nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance, while the spindle's cooling system controls thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature. Rigorous dynamic balance testing guarantees excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, ideal for both finishing and heavy cutting in mass production of complex shapes with high smoothness.
3. The high-rigidity overall design servo turret, equipped with a high-precision clutch, ensures top-notch positioning and repeatability. A servo motor drives the cutterhead for bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection, while hydraulic principles enable swift and accurate tool changes through proximity switch feedback.
4. Roller linear guides and ball screws, heat-treated and precision-ground, maintain optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure smooth, low-noise displacement, even under impact, extending the machine's service life.
