Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure, castingironbed,30-degree steptypeflat rail structure, utilizing finite element analysis for exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability. Ensures long-term precision, processing stability, and tool longevity. Stress relief treatmentelevatesaccuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, complemented by a screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively mitigates spindlevibration,with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm,improving the workpiece's surface finish.
Rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system, having passed a rigorous dynamic balance test, offers high precision retention, rigidity, and efficiency. Capable of both fine finishing and heavy-duty rough machining, it is ideal for mass production of intricate shapes with high finishing requirements.products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line) for eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, it efficiently processes complex parts. The tool holder utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine boasts THK linear guide rails and ball screws. Heat-treated and precision-ground, the ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and significantly enhance machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensure smooth displacement, and low noise, thereby extending service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drive powered by FANUC servo motors.
5. The robust hydraulic and lubrication system employs high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, drastically reducing failure rates. Its design is straightforward and reliable.

6. The high-rigidity structure features an integral hydraulic tailstock, eliminating vibration and ensuring superior stability. Sleeve telescoping is achieved via a hydraulic cylinder, offering convenience and reliability.
7. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, significantly reducing operator labor intensity and enabling safe, efficient production. These functional components are programmable, with custom fixtures available to meet specific user requirements.
