Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct Drive Synchronous Electric Spindle Device: Featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with incredible positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds, this spindle device effectively eliminates vibration. The nose deflection accuracy is maintained within 0.002MM, greatly improving surface finish. With a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance, the spindle motor's cooling system controls thermal displacement for a consistent operating temperature. Undergoing rigorous dynamic balance testing, this spindle system offers excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency, capable of both finishing and rough machining, and heavy cutting. Ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high smoothness.
2. High Rigidity Integrated Design Servo Power Turret: This design enhances the servo turret's rapid and precise tool changing capabilities. When paired with high-speed power axis milling, it excels in combined turning and milling processes. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving processing accuracy.
