1. Direct Drive Synchronous Electric Spindle Device: Featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with incredible positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds, this spindle device effectively eliminates vibration. The nose deflection accuracy is maintained within 0.002MM, greatly improving surface finish. With a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance, the spindle motor's cooling system controls thermal displacement for a consistent operating temperature.
