The core components of our Horizontal CNC Machining Center, such as the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle, undergo rigorous FEA finite element analysis. This ensures a design that is optimized for lightweight yet high rigidity performance. The short distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface minimizes flipping torque, enhancing processing stability. Constructed using resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, the machine undergoes a comprehensive heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Every contact surface is manually scraped to achieve precise structural rigidity. Our product line is versatile and comprehensive, featuring an elastic automated exchange head library and a vertical and horizontal tool changing system, enabling automated, efficient, and highly productive machining. The modular spindle design accommodates various cutting characteristics, meeting a wide range of machining requirements. The Y-axis employs an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail, combining the heavy cutting rigidity of hard rails with the speed and low wear of linear slides, significantly improving overall rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system features internationally renowned brand roller guide rails, offering exceptional rigidity and dynamic accuracy. The transmission system uses Taiwan-made large-diameter grinding ball screws, known for their compact structure, smooth movement, low thermal elongation, and high precision. The screw support creates a stable and high rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle ensures consistent and reliable lubrication for spindle bearings. Additionally, the included spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a stable working state over extended periods, guaranteeing optimal performance.
