Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Equipped with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This mechanism effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with the nose deflection accuracy maintained within 0.002MM. It significantly improves the surface finish of workpieces. A rear-mounted rotor facilitates quicker installation and maintenance. The spindle motor, featuring a cooling system, mitigates the effects of thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature of the spindle.
