This design enhances processing stability and tool longevity, with stress relief treatments further refining precision stability. The high-strength hard rail structure, combined with a screw pre-tensioning transmission system, significantly boosts rigidity and performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type. It has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, minimal thermal deformation, and excellent thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the spindle's front end features a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing combined with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design handles radial and axial loads efficiently. This makes the spindle ideal for high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting, particularly suitable for mass production of complex, high-precision, and high-finish products.

2. High-rigidity servo power turret. This feature ensures rapid and precise tool changes, aided by high-speed power shaft milling. The turret's high-rigidity BMT installation interface and servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft provide exceptional turning and milling capabilities.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws, the machine guarantees outstanding precision and durability. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer structure and double anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy.
