The Industrial CNC Lathe with Auto Chuck is expertly designed with a 30-degree inclined bed structure, offering superior precision, exceptional rigidity, and remarkable cutting stability. Built with high-strength HT300 cast iron, this one-piece bed structure has undergone finite element analysis to ensure outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-term precision reliability, enhancing processing stability and extending tool life. Stress-relief treatments further bolster precision stability, while the high-strength hard rail structure and screw pre-tensioning design in the transmission system significantly elevate rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve design. Having passed stringent dynamic balance tests, the spindle system promises high precision, excellent precision retention, minimal thermal deformation, and superb thermal stability. Capable of reaching speeds up to 2500rpm, the spindle boasts a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM. The front end utilizes a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. This optimal two-point balanced support design can handle both radial and axial loads, making it ideal for high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting. It is especially suitable for mass production of complex, high-precision, and high-finish products.

2. The high-rigidity servo power turret enhances rapid and precise tool change performance. Coupled with high-speed power milling, the servo turret achieves excellent turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder is equipped with a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, the machine ensures top-notch accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer axis structure and a double anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly boosting machining accuracy.

4. Featuring a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, this machine uses high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves to greatly reduce failure rates. The system's design is simple and reliable, with centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.

5. The hydraulic tailstock is built with a high-rigidity integral structure, eliminating vibration and providing exceptional stability. The expansion and contraction of the sleeve are controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience, speed, and reliability.

6. With the adoption of a Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder and an automatic chip removal device, operator labor intensity is greatly reduced, enabling safe and efficient production. All these functional components can be easily controlled via programming, including special fixtures.
