High-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure, utilizing finite element analysis for exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability. Ensures long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatmentimproves accuracy and stability. High-strength roller rail design with screw pre-tension drive system enhances response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in a single clamping, greatly simplifying manual operation, boosting output, and streamlining the process. The second spindle is fully capable of turning and expressing workpieces during machining, reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindle vibrationaccuracy, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.

Rear-mounted rotor for easy installation and maintenance.

Spindle motor features a cooling system to suppress thermal displacement, ensuring a constant spindle working temperature. The spindle system has passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, guaranteeing precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. Suitable for both finishing and heavy-duty rough machining, especially for mass production of complex, high-finish products.product.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid, precise tool change performance. Features a high-rigidity BMT interface, with power transmission driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw. Heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensure smooth displacement, and reduce noise, prolonging service life.

4. Standard configuration FANUC system, with feed drive using FANUC servo motor.

5. Features a robust hydraulic and lubrication system with high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, significantly reducing failure rates. The system is designed for simplicity and reliability.

6. Utilizes a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, greatly reducing operator labor intensity while ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components are programmable.
