Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piececastironstructure, this durable bed features a 30-degree inclined steptypedesign, providing exceptional flat rail stability. Utilizing advanced finite element analysis, this machine offers extraordinary mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, processing reliability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment is incorporated toenhanceaccuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with the screw pre-tension drive system, dramatically improves response rigidity.Both ends of the workpiece can be machined simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing processing steps. The second spindle is fully capable of intricate turning, enabling it to handle workpieces during machining, effectively reducing cycle times.1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: This innovative spindle features a magnetic ring-type incremental encoder (Sine and Cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This design efficiently minimizes spindle vibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002 mm, which in turn improves the surface finish of workpieces.
The rear-mounted rotor design simplifies installation and maintenance. Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor mitigates thermal displacement effects, ensuring a stable working temperature. Subjected to rigorous dynamic balance testing, the spindle system excels in precision retention, rigidity, and efficiency, making it suitable for both fine finishing and heavy-duty rough machining. This versatility makes it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.

2. Featuring a high-rigidity integral servo power turret, the machine offers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for powerful, reliable performance.3. The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws. The heat-treated ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure with a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining precision. The high-rigidity, large-sized linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy even under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise for an extended service life.4. Standard configuration includes the reliable FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.5. The hydraulic and lubrication system is perfectly designed using top-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, drastically reducing failure rates.
