Product Description
High-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, 30-degree step type flat rail structure, application of finite element analysis, excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, and can maintain long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability and tool life, stress relief treatment improve accuracy and stability, high-strength roller rail design, drive system adopts screw pre-tension design, improve response rigidity.
Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
