Exceptionally high-strength HT300 cast iron one-piece solid structure lathe, using finite element analysis, ensuring overall machine stability.
With its excellent rigidity and stability, this machine maintains long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability and tool life, and effectively eliminates stress.
The machine's high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system significantly improve precision and stability.

Main Features of This Machine Tool:
1. 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure greatly enhance bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the bed base ensure exceptional precision for the entire machine.
2. Direct drive synchronous spindle device with magnetic ring incremental encoder offers positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup minimizes spindle vibration and ensures nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, improving workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor allows faster installation and maintenance, and the spindle motor's cooling system keeps a stable operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes stringent dynamic balance testing, ensuring good accuracy retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency. Suitable for both finishing and heavy cutting, it is ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high smoothness.
3. The high rigidity overall design servo turret is equipped with a high-precision clutch ensuring positioning and repeatable accuracy. Driven by a servo motor, it allows bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection. The hydraulic system facilitates quick and accurate tool changes through proximity switch feedback.
4. Equipped with roller linear guides and precision-ground ball screws, the machine ensures optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method for minimal thermal displacement, significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain their precision under impact, offering smooth, low-noise displacement, thus extending service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic tailstock and high rigidity integral tailstock eliminate vibration and maintain excellent stability. It offers programmable or manual button control, ensuring convenience, speed, and reliability.
6. The machine provides a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves to reduce failure rates. Centralized quantitative automatic lubrication ensures system simplicity and reliability.
