Main Features of This Machine Tool:
1. 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure greatly enhance bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the bed base ensure exceptional precision for the entire machine.
2. Direct drive synchronous spindle device with magnetic ring incremental encoder offers positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup minimizes spindle vibration and ensures nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, improving workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor allows faster installation and maintenance, and the spindle motor's cooling system keeps a stable operating temperature.
