Main features of this machine tool:
1. Featuring a 30° inclined layout with an integrated bed base structure, this design maximizes the machine's bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability guarantee precision across the entire machine.
2. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous spindle device featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder with sine and cosine positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively reduces spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the surface finish of workpieces and features a rear-mounted rotor for quicker installation and maintenance. The spindle motor's cooling system controls thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature. Undergoing strict dynamic balance testing, the spindle system boasts excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency.
