Fabricated using resin sand molding and high-quality, high-strength cast iron, our meticulous heat treatment process eliminates residual stress. The contact surfaces are hand-scraped with precision, ensuring optimal structural rigidity for the entire machine. Our versatile product line features extensive specifications and is equipped with a highly elastic automated exchange head library and a sophisticated vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive performance. The modular spindle design caters to diverse machining needs with distinct cutting characteristics. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, marrying the robust cutting rigidity of a hard rail with the swift movement and low wear of a linear slide rail, significantly enhancing rigidity and control.
