The short distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface minimizes flipping torque, thereby enhancing processing stability. Utilizing resin sand molding, high-strength and high-quality cast iron, combined with a comprehensive heat treatment process, eliminates residual stress. The contact surfaces undergo precise manual scraping to ensure optimal structural rigidity of the entire machine.
