High-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, 30-degree step type flat rail structure, application of finite element analysis, excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, and can maintain long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability and tool life, stress relief treatment improve accuracy and stability, high-strength roller rail design, drive system adopts screw pre-tension design, improve response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, greatly simplifying manual operation, increasing output, and reducing processes. The second spindle is capable of full turning and can handle workpieces during machining, reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminate the vibration of spindle, and the deflection accuracy of the nose end is within 0.002mm. Improve the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor is used to facilitate installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to suppress thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature of the spindle. The spindle system has passed strict dynamic balance tests, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex and highly finished products.product.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder installation uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and greatly enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy during impacts, ensure smooth displacement, low noise, and prolong service life.

4. Standard configuration with FANUC system, utilizing FANUC servo motor for feed drive.

5. Perfect hydraulic and lubrication systems, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, significantly reducing failure rates. The hydraulic and lubrication system design is simple and reliable.
