Crafted from a single piece of high-strength HT300 cast iron through finite element analysis, the robust lathe bed provides exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability. Featuring a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds, this spindle system effectively eliminates vibration, maintaining a nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. The design improves the surface finish of workpieces and includes a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance.
