Built with high-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, this state-of-the-art CNC Lathe Machine features a 30-degree step typeflat rail structure. Its application of finite element analysis ensures outstanding overall mechanical rigidity and unparalleled stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. Undergoing meticulous stress relief treatment, it improves accuracy and stability, while the high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and streamlining processes. The advanced second spindle is fully capable of turning and processing while machining, effectively reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) providing precise positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This system

effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining the nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm, thereby significantly enhancing the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a spindle motor cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement effects, it ensures a constant working temperature for the spindle. The system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and exceptional efficiency. It is designed to handle both finishing machining and heavy-duty roughing, making it perfect for mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change capability. The tool holder installation leverages a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. THK linear guide rail and ball screw equipped; the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy even under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. This machine includes a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, and other components, which dramatically reduces the failure rate. The hydraulic and lubrication system is designed for simplicity and reliability.

6. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, this machine significantly reduces operator labor intensity and achieves safe, efficient production. All functional components are programmable for precise control.
