1. Featuring a 30° inclined layout and an integrated bed base structure, this machine significantly enhances bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high stiffness and stability of the integrated bed base ensure superior precision throughout the machine.

The machine employs a direct drive synchronous spindle device: magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This design effectively eliminates spindle vibration and achieves nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the workpiece's surface finish and features a rear-mounted rotor for quicker installation and maintenance. The spindle motor's cooling system mitigates thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent spindle operating temperature. Rigorous dynamic balance testing ensures precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making the machine adept at both finishing and rough machining. 4. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, the heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer axis structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, ensuring thermal stability and minimal displacement, thus significantly improving processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain precision even under impact, with smooth and low-noise displacement, extending service life.
