In addition to its high precision and stability, the machine features a robust roller linear rail design and a transmission system with screw pre-tensioning, ensuring improved
performance. The machine's sleek and elegant appearance perfectly aligns with modern trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure significantly enhance the machine's bending and torsional rigidity during operation. This design ensures high precision and stability throughout the entire machine, providing a strong guarantee of performance.
2. The direct drive synchronous spindle device includes a magnetic ring incremental encoder with 20 arc seconds of positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds of C-axis indexing accuracy. This setup eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining a nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thereby improving workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor enables faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor's cooling system ensures a constant operating temperature, minimizing thermal displacement. This rigorously tested spindle system supports both finishing and heavy cutting, making it ideal for the mass production of complex, high-smoothness products.
3. The high-rigidity servo turret is designed with precision in mind. Equipped with a high-precision clutch, it ensures accurate positioning and repeatability, driven by a servo motor for bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection. The hydraulic mechanism facilitates quick and precise tool changes through clutch action signal feedback.
4. Featuring roller linear guides and precision-ground ball screws, the machine guarantees optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to ensure thermal stability and minimize displacement. The heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, with smooth, low-noise displacement, extending service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic tailstock and high-rigidity integral tailstock eliminate vibration, offering superior stability. Users can control it manually or programmatically with ease and reliability.
