1. The machine boasts a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine). This setup achieves an impressive positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds, effectively eliminating spindle vibration. The nose deflection accuracy is kept within 0.002MM to enhance workpiece surface finish.
