The two-axis lathe can simultaneously process both ends of a workpiece in a single clamping, significantly streamlining manual operations, boosting output, and reducing process steps. Equipped with a second spindle, it ensures full turning capabilities and transfers workpieces swiftly during machining, thus minimizing cycle times. Featuring an optimized 30-degree inclined structure, this lathe boasts high precision, exceptional rigidity, and superior cutting stability. The robust lathe bed is crafted from a single piece of high-strength HT300 cast iron, analyzed through finite element analysis for unparalleled mechanical rigidity and stability. This construction ensures long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, and extends tool life. Stress relief treatments further improve accuracy stability. The high-strength roller linear rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension transmission system, reinforces rigidity. The elegant and streamlined appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Features a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, utilizing a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and a C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and enhances the surface finish of workpieces. Its rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system controls thermal displacement, ensuring consistent spindle operating temperatures. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing, providing excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high smoothness.
2. Highlights a high-rigidity integrated design servo power turret. This boosts the servo turret's rapid and precise tool-changing performance. Combined with the high-speed power axis's power milling capabilities, it offers outstanding turning and milling combined processing. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing processing precision. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, offering smooth, low-noise displacement that extends service life.
4. Offers a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to greatly reduce the failure rate. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed for simplicity and reliability.
5. Includes a Taiwan rotary chuck cylinder and an optional automatic chip removal device, significantly reducing operator labor intensity and enabling safe, efficient production.
