Built from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron and enhanced by finite element analysis, the lathe bed guarantees superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This design maintains long-term accuracy, enhances processing stability, extends tool life, and incorporates stress relief treatment for improved accuracy retention. The high-strength roller linear rail structure and screw pre-tension transmission system further augment rigidity performance, while its sleek and modern appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, which includes a magnetic ring incremental encoder with sine and cosine positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, achieving a nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thereby enhancing the surface finish of the workpiece. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system mitigates thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature.
