The TY750LA series CNC lathe adopts a box-shaped structure bed, which is made of high-strength HT300 cast iron. 1. Main features of this machine:
1. Adopting a 30° inclined layout and an integrated structure of the bed base, which greatly improves the bending and torsional rigidity of the machine tool during operation. 2. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type. 5. The feed system is directly driven by a servo motor, with good rigidity, precision and dynamic response characteristics. The machine tool is equipped with THK roller linear guide, and the maximum rapid movement speed can reach: 24m/min.
6. This machine provides users with a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other components to greatly reduce the failure rate.
