Engineered with a 30-degree inclined structure, this machine offers exceptional precision, robustness, and cutting stability. Made from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron and utilizing finite element analysis, the lathe bed boasts superior mechanical rigidity and stability. It maintains long-term accuracy, improves processing reliability, extends tool life, and benefits from stress relief treatment for enhanced stability. Featuring high-strength roller linear rails and a screw pre-tension transmission system, the design maximizes rigidity performance. Its simple, elegant appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Our machine employs a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, equipped with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for precise positioning with 20 arc seconds accuracy and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.002MM. It enhances the surface finish of the workpiece, and the rear-mounted rotor design facilitates quicker installation and maintenance. The spindle motor includes a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement, maintaining a constant operating temperature. Having undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, the spindle system offers excellent accuracy retention, rigidity, and efficiency, enabling both fine finishing and rough machining. Ideal for mass production of complex and high-smoothness products.
2. Featuring a high rigidity integrated design, the servo power turret ensures rapid and precise tool changes. Combined with high-speed power axis milling, it delivers superior turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder employs a robust BMT installation interface, and power transmission is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine is equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws that are heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain precision under impact, providing smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
