The two-axis lathe can process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and minimizing processes. The second spindle enables comprehensive turning and seamlessly transfers workpieces during machining, thus reducing cycle times. The machine features an optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, ensuring high precision, super rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. Constructed from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron, the robust structural lathe bed employs finite element analysis. This ensures excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, enhancing processing stability, and extending tool life. Stress relief treatment further improves accuracy stability. The machine's high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system enhance rigidity performance. Additionally, its simple and elegant appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Features a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It improves the surface finish of the workpiece and supports a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature. Undergoing strict dynamic balance testing, the spindle system offers excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency, adeptly handling both finishing and heavy cutting tasks. This makes it particularly suitable for mass production of complex shapes and high-smoothness products.
2. High rigidity integrated design servo power turret: Enhances the servo turret's rapid and precise tool changing performance. Coupled with the high-speed power axis's power milling, it achieves outstanding turning and milling combined processing capabilities. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws: The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, which minimizes thermal displacement, greatly enhancing processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain intact accuracy under impact, with smooth, low-noise displacement, thus extending service life.
4. Comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system: Incorporating high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, this system significantly reduces failure rates. Designed for simplicity and reliability, the hydraulic and lubrication systems ensure smooth operation.
5. Taiwan rotary chuck cylinder and optional automatic chip removal device: Significantly reduce the operator's labor intensity and ensure safe, efficient production.
